We are currently working on:

A. Effective deployment of ICTs for the networking
of Civil Society Organizations & citizens, facilitating access to policy makers

Through an online web-based collaborative and information platform we intend to enhance the capacity of NGOs to develop common strategies, organize activities, share resources and coordinate actions as well as to inform, engage and commit the public and decision makers.

Thematic areas include Human Trafficking in South East Europe and Cyprus, Environment and Global Governance.

B. Development of a model for effective deliberation through ICTs

Formulation of the appropriate principles, specifications & best practices for the development of e-Democracy applications. Facilitate mapping, debate, design and testing of new technologies, techniques and methods to support political deliberation.

C. Awareness raising & dissemination of knowledge on e-democracy

Activities include dissemination of reports on lessons learned from our e-democracy experiments, organization of workshops and conferences on e-democracy.
